Consultations

Initial assessment (90 min)

This first meeting is principally aimed at gaining a detailed understanding of your current and past health and developing an initial action plan. £95

Follow ups (45-60 min)

We will meet regularly to check on your progress and implement further steps of your plan. £45-£65 depending on time required.


Programs

starter program

This program includes 2 consultations: the initial assessment and 1 follow up, as well as extra e-mail support for 6 weeks. £215  

3 MONTH PROGRAM (recommended)

This program includes 3 consultations: the initial assessment and 2 follow up consultations as well as extra e-mail support for the duration of the program. £350

6 month program

If you have a long-standing or complex health issue, which may take time to investigate and to bring about changes, a longer program will be ideal. This program includes 6 consultations: the initial assessment and 5 follow up consultations as well as extra e-mail support for the duration of the program. £750

Tasters

Food diary assessment

After completing a brief questionnaire about your health priorities and a 3-day food diary, you will receive a report and some recommendations, which we will discuss in a 30-minute consultation. £35

Food and lifestyle assessment

After completing an in-depth questionnaire about your health priorities, your experiences and thoughts around food, your relevant lifestyle factors (such as exercise, sleep habits, and daily stressors) you will receive a report with recommendations for each of these areas, which we will discuss in a 45-minute consultation. £50

If you go on to book a full program of nutritional therapy, half of the above fees will be refunded.


Extras

E-mail support

I will be available 5 days a week by email for further guidance, support and tweaks to your plan: £80/month.
