How I can help you

  • Struggling with health issues?

  • Trying to eat healthily but you don't know what is right for you?

  • Worrying that things are just getting worse?

Understanding what is driving your health problems is the key to finding the right approach for your unique situation. I work with you to identify the factors underlying your health issues and use my scientific understanding of how your body works to enable you to rebalance, achieve optimal well-being and long-term health.

Who are my clients?

  • People who like to eat well.

  • People who want a long-term, practical solution to healthy eating.

  • People like you!

I am especially interested in:

  • Weight issues

  • Gut health

  • Menopausal difficulties

  • Fatigue

  • Sleep problems

  • Low mood

These kinds of problems often manifest as we enter middle-age: if you are over 40 and struggling to make sense of what is going on with your body, we could be ideally suited.

Why come to me?

Hello there

Through my personal and professional experience I have seen how simple changes can transform health

  • My personal experience in transforming my health through nutrition and lifestyle changes has given me a passion for helping others to do the same.

  • I love the detective work needed to discover the keys to optimising health in my clients.

  • My strong science background enables me to understand the biology of how our bodies work.

  • I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, which guarantees a high level of training and continual professional development.

  • I hold a master’s level diploma in Nutritional Therapy and a PhD in Immunology.

Caroline has a wealth of expert knowledge on the biochemistry of nutrition and everything she advised was backed up by peer-reviewed evidence. I was also impressed with the research she had done into my specific needs. She is kind, empathic and easy to talk to and is as expert in the ‘therapy’ as in the scientific aspect of the consultation. I really felt I was in good hands.

Working with me

  • We start by exploring your situation in some detail, the factors and triggers that contribute to your health issues.

  • I will recommend some initial actions and a plan for the long-term approach. This may include some supplements to support the lifestyle changes, or testing to continue our investigation.

  • As your program progresses we will revise your plan as necessary: adding new actions, removing those that are no longer needed or simply tweaking the details: in a way that suits you and fits your needs.

  • I aim to help you understand your own body and what it really needs, so you can take control of your well-being in a way that works for you.

Why Nutritional Therapy can help you

Nutritional Therapists recognise that each person is an individual, with unique requirements. We take time to understand your situation and create personalised nutrition plans rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

Nutrition and lifestyle approaches to healthcare have been shown to support the health of all the major systems of the body.

Typical priorities will include support to achieve optimum energy levels, healthy blood sugar balance, emotional and psychological wellbeing, optimum digestive health and creating a way of eating tailored to your needs.
