Our first step will be for me to gain an in depth understanding your situation and the factors that have contributed to it, so that I can identify the key areas we need to work on. To help with this, I ask that, before our first meeting you complete a pre-consultation form.
Our first meeting will involve exploring your situation in more detail and I will suggest some initial actions which you feel comfortable with putting into practice immediately together with the overall long-term approach. This may include some supplements to support the lifestyle changes, or testing to continue our investigation.
We’ll also discuss what kind of support might work best for you.
As your program progresses we will revise your plan: adding new actions, removing those that are no longer needed or simply tweaking the details, always in a way that suits you and working at a pace and style to fit your needs.
We will introduce changes step by step ensuring you are able to integrate each one successfully into your life.
